A recent research showed that chicken and eggs have nutrition that can fix aging of the brain, called choline. According to researchers, a food rich in Alan choline could help preventing the brain of the effect of aging.

Researchers at Boston University found, people are getting a lot of intake of choline in their diet tend to have a good memory and smaller risk experiencing dementia

Dr. Rhoda au, senior researchers said, this finding added evidence that diet rich choline lifetime can make a difference of ages in the brain. In her research, Dr. Au involving nearly 1,400 adults aged 36-83 years. Volunteers are asked to answer a questionnaire on a diet in 1991 and 1995 between 1998 and 2001. They underwent tests of memory, other cognitive abilities and underwent brain MRI scans.

"I think these findings would like to convey a message to us that it is important to eat a healthy and balanced starting middle age," he said.

Research results find, of men and women get high intake of choline having results test better memory. Other factors including education, fat and calorie intake will also reckoned. 

Dr Au said, the findings suggest that people who get little choline intake is more likely to be at 'path' towards mental decline than those who had higher intake of choline.

Experts generally recommend that men should meet the needs of 550 mg of choline per day, while women should get at least 425 mg of choline each day
